(i.e., the salon owner), and is not for a potential employment with Great Clips, Inc. as Great Clips, Inc. does not employ salon personnel. The interest form you submit will be provided to Great Salons of Knoxville, Nashville, or Bowling Green, who will communicate with you directly and conduct the entire hiring process. Franchisees are completely separate from Great Clips, Inc. and are solely responsible to control the manner and means of the day-to-day operations of their salons, including all hiring decisions and employment practices.
